A FRESH row has erupted between a zoo boss and Barrow Borough Council amid claims expansion plans are being held back.

I find it a real shame that Mr Gill is complaining about the fact he has to abide by planning law. I'm sure everybody would be fully behind him if he could just do the job properly.
